Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate firm in the industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Manager - Design. As the Manager - Design, you will play a key role in overseeing the design and development of our projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. You will work closely with the design team and collaborate with various stakeholders to create innovative and inspiring spaces that exceed our clients’ expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field
• Proven experience in managing design projects in the real estate industry
• A minimum of 6 -9 relevant years of experience.
• Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
• Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, and other design software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Lead and manage a team of designers and architects in the development of design concepts and plans
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that design objectives are met
• Review and provide feedback on design proposals, ensuring that they align with project goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our design strategies are cutting-edge and innovative
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that design activities are completed on schedule and within budget
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that design specifications are being met
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging the team to think outside the box and push boundaries
