As the Manager - Development, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and development strategies. The successful candidate will oversee development projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the overall expansion and success of Qiddiya Investment Company.
As the Manager - Development, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex development projects, from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and investors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven track record of at least a minimum 6-9 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development
• Excellent project management skills, with a strong focus on budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and building codes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
• Proficient in project management software and tools

• Lead and manage complex development projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and resource allocation
• Oversee the planning and design processes, ensuring alignment with project objectives and industry best practices
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that arise during the development process
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and investors
• Conduct regular meetings and communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
