Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of transforming the entertainment and leisure landscape in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager - Development to join our expanding team. This role is crucial in driving the successful execution of our ambitious projects.
As Manager - Development, you will play a key role in overseeing the development process of various entertainment-related projects. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, leading project teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards while adhering to budgets.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in project management within the real estate sector, particularly focused on entertainment projects. A collaborative mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 6-9 years of relative experience in development management, with a focus on entertainment-related developments
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, regulations, and compliance in the real estate sector
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with budget management and financial modeling preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development of entertainment projects from inception to completion
  • Conduct feasibility assessments, including market research and financial analysis, to determine project viability
  • Develop comprehensive project plans along with budgets and timelines, ensuring resource allocation aligns with company objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and legal departments, to ensure adherence to all regulations and quality standards
  • Oversee the selection and management of third-party contractors and vendors
  • Regularly monitor project progress, addressing any challenges in a proactive manner
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to executive management
