[What the role is]
You will join a team responsible for the development and redevelopment of parks, park connectors and open spaces as part of efforts to transform Singapore into a City in Nature.
[What you will be working on]
You will manage a team of consultants and contractors to deliver projects based on stipulated timelines and budgets. As a Project Manager, you will also be involved in public engagement and consultation with various stakeholders and approving authorities to facilitate and realise projects that meet desired objectives. You will manage and see through the entire project cycle that includes budgeting, project planning, tender calling and award, contract and project administration as well as project post-completion works.

[What we are looking for]

• Preferably with Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related disciplines
• Candidates to have at least 3 years of relevant Built Environment experience working in developer, consultancy, or contractor firms. Experience managing public sector projects will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated team player, responsible and resourceful with good problem solving and analytical skills
• Possess good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
