We’re looking for you to join our Web/App Team, limited to 12 months, as

Tasks

• Your Job is to use your strong analytical skills and expertise to advise various specialist departments on the topic of digital accessibility
• Part of your responsibility is ensuring that all services, products and digital platforms comply with the EAA guidelines and are accessible to all users, especially users with disabilities
• Your tasks also include the creation of meaningful dashboards & reports
• No day is the same - you’ll be analyzing and testing products and services, creating recommendations for optimization based on needs-based analyses, and developing an accessibility strategy
• The work with various departments such as UX/UI, Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Service to ensure that accessibility is integrated throughout the entire lifecycle of digital products is part of your daily business - you will also be involved in the creation and maintenance of compliant websites and services in the development and quality assurance team

Requirements

• You’ve 2-4 years experience in the field of computer science or marketing
• Thanks to your professional experience, it is easy for you to understand the digital accessibility and develop a deep understanding of the topic
• Above all, your comprehensive knowledge of the WCAG guidelines and supporting technologies for the user experience of people with disabilities characterizes you
• Your skills in web development for testing accessible test methods, your communication skills, your quick comprehension, your combinatorial understanding and your presentation skills distinguish you
• A structured way of working, a high degree of self-organization and personal responsibility as well as good English & very good German skills round off your profile
