JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Campaigns & Content Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the digital and content strategy for Halton Region, aligning efforts with business objectives, fostering team collaboration, and driving growth through data-driven decisions and comprehensive digital campaigns and creative execution.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • A seasoned digital strategy leader with a proven track record of aligning digital and content strategies to business goals in a large and/or publicly facing organization, extensive experience developing and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, and overseeing large-scale content creation efforts.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong data-driven decision-maker with deep expertise in digital strategy, content, paid media, and campaign optimization.
  • A collaborative leader with a talent for mentoring teams and fostering a high-performance, creative culture.
  • Exceptional communicator capable of driving cross-functional initiatives and managing internal and external relationships.
  • Strong political acumen, with an ability to quickly interpret policy and programmatic information and effectively communicate its impact on business objectives and digital plans to staff and partners.A leader who fosters a positive work culture, focuses on solutions, and is passionate about making progress.
