Title and Summary
Manager, Digital Checkout Solutions Commercialisation
Overview:
The Mastercard Checkout Services Go to Market team is looking for a Product Manager to work with Payment Service Providers to accelerate the merchant adoption of checkout solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving product growth, highly motivated, with a commercial mindset, project management skills and marketing background.

Role:

  • Collaborate with Payment Service Providers to accelerate the adoption of Digital products – initially Click to Pay - through merchant activation as part of Mastercard’s Reimagining Online Checkout strategy
  • Work together with Start Path and Engage partners to scale Digital Products
  • Develop sales enablement/marketing assets and tools for scaling Digital Products in cooperation with regional and global business development, marketing and comms teams
  • Craft compelling narratives to communicate the vision and value of products to various teams, and effectively articulate unique selling points by presenting insights clearly
  • Compile best practices by leveraging insights gained from previous implementations and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to feedback on customer pain points and value proposition and UX improvements
  • Leverage working knowledge of payments ecosystem, Mastercard business, products, and customer requirements in making fact-based business and product decisions

The ideal candidate for this position should:

  • Demonstrate strong product marketing experience with a proven track record in crafting compelling messaging and storytelling around complex products and services
  • Show business development/ sales experience, evidencing excellent business acumen
  • Be able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels across multiple geographies
  • Possess strong interpersonal abilities and motivation to build and nurture relationships
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Have prior experience collaborating with merchants, payment service providers, and payment gateways are beneficial assets
