Description:
The Match Group Security Engineering team keeps our data and intellectual property secure from all internal and external threats. We are looking for a Manager, Digital Investigations, to lead our counterintelligence and incident response team and to help us ensure the highest standard of security for our organization and for our users across the globe.
Match Group is a leading provider of dating products across the globe. Our portfolio includes Tinder, Match, Hinge, Plenty of Fish, and others, each designed to spark meaningful connections for singles worldwide.
This role is remote and open to candidates within the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Manage technical staff focused on diverse tasks related to incident response, threat hunting and detection, evaluation of potential external and internal risks and guiding response
- Provide direction and guidance of the team to ensure effective response to threats on Match Group’s diverse platforms
- Leverage OSINT tools and awareness of TTPs to research and respond to targeted campaigns and potential threats
- Coordinate and participate in the collection of intelligence related to potential and active attacks, methods, and bad actors
- Identify infrastructure and operators behind attacks and provide alternative means to detect, block and respond to their activities
- Securely acquire artifacts related to investigations, document the investigation, review analyses
- Provide enterprise support of the Incident Response Process, Plan, Framework and team
- Partner with Senior executive teams, GSOC, Trust & Safety teams, and other Brand-specific teams
- Present to and partner with executive leadership to deliver findings and recommendations
