The P&C Operations group provides an elevated and truly global people experience that is
powered by Digital. Enabling CoEs to deliver evolved capabilities by providing digital solutions,
creating shared service delivery within P&C to streamline and improve response to people
enquiries and operating through a Product-centric model, the Operations group allows CoEs to
focus on strategy & design and supports Business Partners in providing strategic support across
the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of People Management experience of 4-6 direct reports.
  • 4+ years demonstrated strong subject matter expertise in Learning Management System Docebo (preferred) and Talent Management platform - Workday (preferred).
  • Responsible for prioritization and resource allocation to deliver quarterly/annual product roadmaps and report on sprint deliveries/ top team metrics.
  • Clearly communicate opportunities and risks to the Sr Manager of Digital Solutions with well-thought-out options, impacts and recommendations.
  • Lead Tier 2 support for learning and performance management platforms while managing issues investigation, analysis, prioritization and resolution for all issues including level 3 issue resolution with vendors and / or technology partners.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, maintain and implement platform standards, operational processes and strategic oversight of Digital Learning and Performance Management platforms ensuring availability, accuracy and business alignment.
  • Work closely with all relevant business stakeholders, creating a transparent and trusting partnership for all strategic project delivery.
  • Responsible for considering how their portfolio works as part of the broader Digital P&C ecosystem to ensure improved efficiency/experience overall and consideration of upstream/downstream implications.
  • Lead cross functional collaboration (People Enablement Technology, Learning and Performance Program Leads) for solution delivery and system upgrade from intake to requirements definition, development, testing and implementation - drive alignment, work with partners to remove constraints for the delivery team.
  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen stakeholder relationships and leverage LMS system knowledge to efficiently deliver simple, scalable and signature solutions.
  • Creates a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment
