WHO YOU ARE

BridgeBio is looking for a Manager, Digital Marketing to support our social media campaigns and digital marketing team. This position will lead social media campaign execution and be responsible for the ongoing health and management of those campaigns across BridgeBio commercial. In this role, you’ll work to ensure cross-functional creation, execution, and optimization of social media strategies & campaigns that ladder up to broader business goals.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in the pharma industry is required
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing platform backends, including, but not limited to, social media channels, social media business manager UIs, and social listening platforms
  • Experience with all aspects of campaign creation – from strategy ideation to execution to reporting
  • Proven track record of digital optimizations across the lifecycle of a campaign
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to read data and allow it to drive decision-making
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be able to develop strong cross-functional relationships and be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external partners in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to drive creative and technical aspects while maintaining project momentum
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across an internal team and multiple stakeholder teams

Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar to keep track of upcoming important dates and events, content requests, monthly reports, and social copy
  • Responsible for posting organic social content across platforms and brands, managing user access, and ensuring compliance with platform-specific standards
  • Manage the MLR process for social content
  • Provide best practice processes and production guidelines to set and maintain expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team and agency partners to create cross-functional plans spanning digital mediums including all social media channels
  • Monitor and report on social media channels and optimize content strategies
  • Support Director, Digital Marketing in standardizing the creation and delivery of our social media campaigns, including campaign naming, data pulling, QA, and more
  • Support regular reporting cadences and data needs for the team, especially as it relates to paid social media and down-funnel engagement data
  • Facilitate the support of cross-functional content and strategies

  • Create, own and follow a QA process across all published social media assets, including paid posts, organic posts and adverse event reporting
