Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Lead the planning and execution of cohesive digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM and owned social) to drive top of funnel lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales team to develop omni-channel marketing strategies to support cross functional business goals, objectives, and priorities.
  • Manage the relationship with digital marketing agency.
  • Oversee the digital creative process; ensuring assets are delivered on time, including stakeholders review, asset approvals, and initiatives launch on schedule.
  • Lead Digital Marketing planning and calendar management for both paid and owned.
  • Own Social channel strategy, management and execution internally.
  • Lead website UX, content, analytics, and facilitate post campaign analysis, insights & learnings in collaboration with digital agency and internal Business Insights team.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to measure efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing. Derive actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and drive business decisions.
  • Partner with internal colleagues and external vendor to optimize digital assets for the organization.
  • Closely monitor Digital Marketing Trends & Strategies and competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with other teams including Sales, IT, and Operations to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage team of two direct reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the cross functional team and business requirement
