    ULI Europe has seen considerable success across its digital marketing presence in the last eighteen months as we look to evolve our efforts. This means there is an open role for a talented, creative and ambitious Digital Marketing Manager. To enhance our marketing efforts; from increasing brand awareness, generating member engagement to driving website traffic via our content. An end to end considerration to improve/enhance the member/customer journey for optimal results.
    The role is responsible in delivering effective marketing activity and campaigns, across our active channels, enhance existing processes, report on activity and effective planning in collaboration with cross functional teams.
    You will have an innovative approach, enjoy testing new ideas and new approaches inline with KPIs. Have an energetic style, with a willingness to learn and be passionate about making a difference.
    Able to work with different stakeholder groups from our Europe National Councils, Product Councils, Events, Research teams and other key stakeholders to meet the various objectives across the organisation.

EDUCATION:

  • Marketing or Communications Degree or related subject or relevant experience.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working for a professional service brand in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in digital marketing
  • Minimum of 5 + years’ social media/ digital experience
  • Effective planning and organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail providing assurance to stakeholders
  • Effective influencing and communication skills
  • Strategic and innovative mindset
  • Delivering successful digital campaigns (organically and paid)
  • A strong understanding of digital channels and what is best practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation and conversion across digital platforms while proactively managing and coordinating departments, including Conferences, Product Councils, Research, Next, and Young Leaders, to achieve their objectives.
  • Oversee a comprehensive schedule of marketing activities, including email and social media campaigns, and lead flagship initiatives like the Europe Conference ETRE, PIC, and C Change.
  • Maintain and optimise website pages in line with SEO best practices to enhance visibility and user engagement.
  • Produce compelling copy that aligns with ULI’s tone of voice, and deliver standout content across various formats, from written pieces to videos.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of campaign execution.
  • Create and execute targeted campaigns by segmenting audiences based on demographics, behaviour, and preferences to maximise engagement.
  • Regularly analyse performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and tools to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, particularly data protection laws.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to guarantee the consistent and timely delivery of digital marketing content
