Tasks

  • Your task is to use your strong analytical skills and expertise to advise various departments on the topic of digital personalization
  • No Day is the same - you’ll be responsible for digital personalization to drive business growth
  • You’ll be involved in the design & implementation of individual results for our customers
  • Part of your responsibility is to create and present meaningful dashboards and reports using common visualization tools to demonstrate the commercial benefits of personalization
  • Your tasks also include analyzing potentials for personalization based on data and key figures
  • In your role as a Manager Digital Personalization (m/w/d) you’ll be responsible for deriving recommendations for action based on needs-based analyses
  • You’ll make a key contribution to collaboration with various specialist departments, such as UX/UI, Digital Sales, Marketing, Service, Product Management and IT

Requirements

  • You’ve 2-4 years professional experience in the field of (business) informatics or marketing
  • In the past you were able to gain some experience in web personalization tools, ideally with the Adobe Marketing Cloud (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics), the functionalities of eCommerce & online marketing
  • You’ll bring very good skills in process analysis and project management as well as knowledge of the technical functionality of personalization tools
  • You’ve excellent analytical skills, a quick grasp, excellent combinatorial understanding and presentation skills
  • A structured way of working, a high degree of self-organization and personal responsibility as well as good English & German skills round off your profile
