We are currently hiring for a Mid-Market Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team at Upland Software. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions. This role reports directly to our VP of Digital Sales, you will be an experienced leader with the ability to motivate a large Mid-Market team to overachieve their bookings goals while also enabling your Mid-Market Account Executives to be highly capable full sale sellers. We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges, problem solving, coaching, and brings a strong work ethic and initiative to get the job done.
*This is a hybrid position that will require you to come into the Austin, TX office Monday through Thursday. *


  • Proven track record of success as a Mid-Market Sales Manager in the B2B SaaS space
  • Proven track record of success as a Mid-Market Sales Manager in the B2B SaaS space
  • Proven individual success in quota carrying roles (100%+ attainment consistent achievement
  • 2+ years in SaaS Sales
  • BA/BS or equivalent practical experience required.
  • Strong work ethic
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Hire, train and coach a high performing Mid-Market Sales Team.
  • Design and facilitate regular training on product, industry, and selling skills.
  • Coach and mentor Mid-Market Executives on personal and professional development.
  • Report and analyze individual and team performance metrics to isolate trends & opportunities to improve.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional leaders.
  • Motivate and inspire team/individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Problem solve and strategize to optimize performance results.
  • Creatively reward and incentivize positive behavior and results.
  • Identify opportunities to improve on process, efficiency, selling skills, and implement.
  • Create a positive and collaborative environment to facilitate growth.
