Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Digital Solution Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of innovative digital solutions, driving digital transformation within our Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization. This role is pivotal in enhancing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and integrating Information Technology (IT) with Operational Technology (OT).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In a Manager, Digital Solutions role, you will be responsible for collaborating with supply chain management and cross-functional teams to plan various digital and automated solutions. You will be overseeing the requirements gathering, application development, testing, and delivery of the digital solutions and the continuous improvements of the digital solutions portfolio. You are expected to stay updated with the latest digital trends in automation, AI/ML, low code development to drive innovation within the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Build and manage a multidisciplinary digital solutions team, providing guidance and leadership to the team.
  • Inherit the existing portfolio of primarily MS Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) driven solutions and continue to enhance offerings.
  • Oversee operational improvement projects with a strong emphasis on digital transformation.
  • Integrate IT and OT systems to optimize the supply chain processes.
  • Performing product design, bug verification and beta support.
  • Identifying and allocating technical resources and forecasting resource needs.
  • Ensures base applications meet appropriate quality standards.
  • Adheres to the departmental application development and delivery process standards.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.
