Role Designation: Hybrid
As the Manager, Distribution Strategy & Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that align with Allstate’s growth objectives within the Strategic Distribution Design team. You will lead the development of innovative growth strategies that respond to market demands, support our long-term goals, and strengthen Allstate’s position as an industry leader. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can foster collaboration across departments to bring impactful, customer-focused solutions to market.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end product development processes, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and delivering products that drive company growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to guide innovation and maintain Allstate’s competitive edge.
  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently to meet performance targets and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product launches, providing stakeholders with insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for research, creation, testing and refining of programs and models to innovate Allstate’s distribution strategy, including agency model, direct and broker distribution, while also leading all aspects of sales and service process design, influencing technology development, prioritization and optimization.
  • Develop strategic intelligence and recommendations on how to optimally develop new distribution models across sales and distribution;
  • In partnership with leaders in Allstate Sales and Distribution delivery, develop and execute short and long-term strategies to grow market share;
  • Support Agent and Agency Rewards & Recognition programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, business development, or innovation roles.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic insights and develop product strategies that align with business goals.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results across the organization, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
