Description:
Job Purpose: As Manager, Diversity & Inclusion you will lead the development and execution of the Emirates Group-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, ensuring the integration of DEI into every aspect of the organisation’s culture and operations, while positioning the group as a leader in diversity both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive DEI strategy aligned with the Emirates Group’s overall business objectives and long-term vision, influencing executive decision-making and organisational direction.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure that DEI practices are embedded across all business units and functions, driving a culture of inclusivity and integration throughout the organisation.
- Represent Emirates in global diversity and inclusion forums, advocacy groups, and industry bodies to ensure external leadership in DEI and continuous alignment with international trends and regulations.
- Lead and manage Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to ensure they contribute strategically to the organisation’s DEI objectives and foster a more inclusive workplace environment.
- Oversee compliance with international DEI regulations and standards, working closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure that all internal policies are aligned with global best practices.
- Provide coaching and consulting for senior executives and department heads on DEI opportunities and challenges, ensuring a top-down approach to inclusion and diversity across the organization.
- Ensure that all DEI initiatives are data-driven, with robust measurement frameworks in place to assess the impact of diversity programs on the culture, engagement, and performance of employees.
- Lead the Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee, ensuring alignment with the DEI strategy and accountability for delivering on diversity goals across all divisions.
- Drive a continuous improvement mindset within the DEI function, identifying new opportunities to innovate and further embed diversity and inclusion into the organisation’s DNA.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST MEET THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in a related field, preferably within Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour or equivalent. Masters level qualification would be an asset.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant Human Resources role.
- Progressive experience in a people or organisational development related role.
- A strong track record in developing and delivering diversity and inclusion Strategy and Programmes.
