Vattenfall’s Business Unit E-Mobility is seeking a Manager Driver and Operator Services to lead our strategic plans and oversee the tactical execution of services we provide to EV drivers and Charge Point Operators across our markets.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As part of our team, you will lead the Charge Point Operator (CPO) and Electric Mobility Service Provider (EMSP) strategy in our key markets in Sweden, Germany, and The Netherlands. You’ll ensure the stability and growth of our current CPO and EMSP services, keeping operations smooth and efficient.
In this role, you’ll oversee the IT landscape of our e-Mobility platform and app environments, delivering high-quality services to our customers. Together with your team, you’ll design and manage all charging, payment, and collection processes. Close collaboration with Sales and Operations teams in each market ensures that our efforts are fully aligned and that we’re prepared for future developments, including Smart Charging, evolving communication standards, and other emerging trends.
As the Manager Driver and Operator Services, you’ll develop an annual team plan rooted in our E-Mobility strategy and translate it into a roadmap for continual improvement and growth of our processes, systems, and products, especially for our CPO and EMSP offerings.
We’re looking for a leader focused on harmonization, standardization, and agile continuous improvement. Privacy by design and top-tier security standards for our systems and platforms should be integral to the team’s DNA.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Vision: Translate our CPO and EMSP vision into an actionable team roadmap with clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Team Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team of 12 direct and 5 indirect reports.
- Billing & Debt Management: Share responsibility for timely billing and managing outstanding debt in partnership with our Central Back-Office team.
- Platform Stability: Ensure our e-Mobility platform and app environments are stable, secure, and reliable.
- Cross-Functional Excellence: Oversee financial, legal, privacy, IT, and security matters with precision.
- Process Optimization: Drive improvements to reduce waste and streamline installation and technical support processes.
- Training Development: Build and maintain an Asset Management training program for our Sales & Operations teams.
- Talent Growth: Support the ongoing development of your team and individual members, ensuring skills and efficiency are consistently advancing.
