As Manager - Commercial & Industrial Energy Conservation Program Delivery, you will provide strategic direction, leadership, coaching and guidance to a team of supervisors and employees accountable for the delivery of Enbridge’s Energy Conservation programs. You would be accountable to meet or exceed assigned energy conservation results through the successful execution of Energy Conservation programs for specific customer sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and long-term planning for the energy conservation Program Delivery team.
- Provides accurate and timely market outlooks and forecasts for the current year’s delivery results.
- Assist in identifying key opportunities and removing barriers to the delivery of energy conservation programs in assigned segments.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to the program design team to assist in the adjustment of current program offerings and the development of a future energy conservation program to meet our customers and stakeholders needs.
- Collaborates with the DSM program design team responsible for creation and implementation of new energy conservation programs.
- Be a champion for the effective use of Customer Relationship Management tools to improve the customer experience.
- Represent Enbridge publicly at external events such as conferences, symposiums and trade shows, possibly even participate as a guest speaker or panelist.
