MANAGER ED PATIENT FLOW

  • (245101)
    Accountable for the successful functioning of the ER flow and operations. The Patient Flow Manager works collaboratively with hospital bed management, inpatient floors, Emergency medicine and Trauma Physicians allocating resources to provide seamless patient flow through Emergency Department. Insures quality patient throughput. Escalates emergent needs to ER Leadership. Provides feedback to Nurse Managers on staff performance issues. Provides onsite nursing leadership in absence of nurse managers.
    Education
    Other : Graduate of accredited school of nursing (Required)
    Bachelors Degree : Nursing (Preferred)
    Experience
    3 Years experience working in an Emergency Department (Required)
    1 Year experience in a supervisory position. (Preferred)
    License/Certifications
    RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
    ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Preferred)
    CEN - Cert Emergency Nurse (Preferred)
