We are looking for someone with a great attitude and a growth mindset to join our team, ideally with following skills and experiences: -
- Experience (strategic and/or operational) working with executive teams of varying sizes and technical skills and knowledge.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a focus on executive level support.
- Experience in providing leadership and direction to staff to motivate and develop them.
- Success oriented and committed to achieving challenging objectives and delivering excellence, goal focused, forward thinking, committed to empowering staff and delegating tasks when appropriate
- Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute.
- A high degree of technical competency including a thorough knowledge of Apple and Microsoft Windows OS including O365 product suite.

Responsibilities:
As the Elevated Support Manager your role involves leading and managing a small team of specialists who provide white-glove technology support to an executive group of customers. These customers include Board Members, Board Liaisons, Group Executives, and Executive Assistants. Your team offers face-to-face support at our head office in Sydney and Auckland and virtually at offsite locations—a unique service offering.
You’ll build and maintain key relationships with these customers and collaborate with technology teams to address technology issues promptly. Additionally, you’ll proactively minimize or prevent future technology challenges by evaluating new service capabilities and ensuring alignment with business needs. Effective communication, engagement forums, and budget management are a key part of your responsibilities.
This is a full time, permanent role that is open to people based in Sydney, Australia
Due to the nature of this role, it is an in-office role.
