Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Enablement to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. In this pivotal role, you will be supporting the development and implementing strategies to empower our workforce, enhance their skills, and drive overall performance improvement across the organization.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive enablement programs that align with organizational goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted training initiatives
Analyze program effectiveness through key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
Partner with leadership to ensure enablement strategies support business growth and employee development
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for multiple enablement projects simultaneously
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to incorporate into enablement strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enablement programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex enablement challenges
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
In-depth knowledge of learning and development techniques and best practices
Understanding of sales, customer success, or relevant business processes
Experience with e-learning platforms and content creation tools
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve enablement programs
Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
