Manager, End-to End Store Operations, Role-Specific Accountabilities

  • In the field, identify, design and implement new ways of doing business to streamline processes and drive process efficiencies for front/back end.
  • Track and measure PBOF success of implemented process improvements.
  • Participates as Franchise Relations ambassador on all all appropriate committees and new projects as required, to ensure the voice of the stores is considered/represented to allow other business units to meet or exceed expected outcomes.
  • Design and maintain store disaster recovery plan as it pertains to Franchise Operations
  • Plan and create annual asset protection program for building equipment and inventory assets to ensure work processes and management systems are in place

Manager, End-to End Store Operations, Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5 + yrs of Relevant work experience and knowledge of retail business process.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently
  • Process mindset with a strong understanding of continuous improvement
  • High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate in person, virtually, Teams chat and via email to all areas and levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Manager, End-to End Store Operations, Assets

  • Bilingual English and French
  • College Diploma, University degree in Business or related discipline is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Extended travel required.
