Manager, End-to End Store Operations, Role-Specific Accountabilities
- In the field, identify, design and implement new ways of doing business to streamline processes and drive process efficiencies for front/back end.
- Track and measure PBOF success of implemented process improvements.
- Participates as Franchise Relations ambassador on all all appropriate committees and new projects as required, to ensure the voice of the stores is considered/represented to allow other business units to meet or exceed expected outcomes.
- Design and maintain store disaster recovery plan as it pertains to Franchise Operations
- Plan and create annual asset protection program for building equipment and inventory assets to ensure work processes and management systems are in place
Manager, End-to End Store Operations, Required Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5 + yrs of Relevant work experience and knowledge of retail business process.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Process mindset with a strong understanding of continuous improvement
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
- Ability to communicate in person, virtually, Teams chat and via email to all areas and levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Manager, End-to End Store Operations, Assets
- Bilingual English and French
- College Diploma, University degree in Business or related discipline is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
