YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s degree with focus on engineering, supply chain, process technology, production or similar
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience
- Good understanding and knowledge of FMCG industrial production processes
- Very high level of self-management and flexibility
- Constant eagerness to learn and hunger to let the company win in the marketplace
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels in multi-functional teams
- Good team spirit with focus on Team playing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent English language skills

Responsibilities:
- Follow and contribute to projects (innovation, maintenance…); track, measure and report on performance and milestones (like FAT, SAT and 0Production)
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvements in production processes
- Collaborate and develop with suppliers to deliver best and optimized technology for Henkel Consumer Brand
- Proactively identify and address areas for technical improvements (especially in the areas of efficiency, automation, hygiene and quality) as well as risks and countermeasures
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including new standards, manuals and guidelines for production installation and usage, drive innovations and challenge the state of the art within Henkel Consumer Brands
- Develop and implement process engineering guidelines, tools and standardization. Contribute to the further development and implementation of the technology platforms
