DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Direct the Saltillo Enhancement Engineering Team to ensure progress according to technical objectives, within budgetary and schedule guidelines.
• Oversee the successful implementation of product launches and enhancement design for both new and existing products.
• Organize project and task workloads.
• Select individuals most qualified for assignments on specific projects.
• Assess results of technical projects under direction of Senior Management Team.
• Perform detailed analytical and design studies, develops basic design concepts and design criteria to achieve program objectives.
• Building audit units for certification programs.Work with remote engineering teams to validate and qualify changes in product design.
