JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager, Change Enablement, reporting to the Senior Manager of Change & Culture, will be responsible for building change capability across the enterprise by enabling leaders to drive differentiated business, change, culture and organizational effectiveness outcomes through tools, training and support. The Manager, Change Enablement will own the design, execution and continuous improvement of change enablement deliverables, incorporating both business feedback and outside research and industry best practices. They will partner with business leaders and HR Teams to build change leadership capability through consultation and targeted support. To be successful in this role, this person must lead with an enterprise mindset and focus on business outcomes; be an agile, strategic business partner and detail-oriented project manager; transition quickly between design and effective execution; and differentiate effective change enablement strategies based on the unique needs of our different employee groups and various lines of business.
CAPABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Change Management: Deep understanding of and experience with Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Facilitation/Training: Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to lead engage diverse groups of people in content and experiences, engage and inspire participants, effectively guide discussions, and ensure all voices are heard.
- Communication: Strong communicator across visual, written and verbal channels with the ability to motivate and engage diverse stakeholders on various topics. Strong storyteller with an understanding of culture, change and organizational effectiveness.
- Business Acumen: Acute understanding of the impact that change & culture initiatives can have on employees, managers, and business outcomes. Ability to navigate unfamiliar organizations and quickly understand needs.
- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects at once while navigating a complex and matrixed global organization. Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify key stakeholders, understand their needs and expectations, build trust and develop strategies to effectively collaborate with them.
- Self-Driven & Solution Oriented: Initiative and ability to work independently, meeting challenges with a can-do attitude. Ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions, bringing a solution-mindset to every project.
- Systems Thinker: Recognize and understand interconnections between projects, teams, and departments to inform strategy and mitigate risk.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Formal Change Management certification required (Prosci preferred); Train the Trainer certification preferred
- At least 4+ years relevant experience in change management, culture/engagement, talent strategy, communications, or learning & development
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $85,863.60 - $110,362.70 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive strategy for building change agility and capability across the enterprise to support an excellent employee experience and differentiated culture and business outcomes in service to company growth. Identify opportunities and provide expertise to build resilience to change across the organization.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve change management approaches, tools and resources for the company, aligned to a consistent change methodology and culture narrative
- Consult and provide strategic guidance to HRBPs, key partners and business leaders leading change independently to empower partners to deliver desired change, culture and business outcomes
- Partner with Learning & Organizational Development to define training strategy to build change capability across the company and embed change management in all levels of development programming
- Establish change networks and manage best practice groups with dispersed membership across the company to increase change capability and enable change leadership
- Facilitate engaging and impactful trainings and workshops with a variety of stakeholders of various leadership levels, aligned to established best practices and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain success metrics and monitor effectiveness of change enablement strategies through data reporting and analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Provide strategic thought partnership to other members of the team, leading through influence and expertise to drive continuous improvement
- Incorporate enterprise culture narrative and drivers into all change enablement activities to support our desired culture, drive the employee experience, and enable target talent and business outcomes
