Description:
The Manager, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is responsible fo r providing hands-on support to the ERM team and business partners . Support includes collection of risk information and development of materials to support reporting and governance processes, participation and/or facilitation of risk assessments, and the ownership of CSL’s ERM electronic management system.
The incumbent in t his role will partner with and support the ERM organization in the operational implementation and continuous management of any allocated global projects, processes and tools.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in science-based discipline, Risk Management or other relevant field.
- Typically 4 + years of direct or indirect risk management experience in a manufacturing setting . Experience in a multinational and/or pharmaceutical company is preferred.
- Practical experience in risk assessment facilitation and methodologies.
- Fluency in English (both in oral and written communication) , knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including strong presentation skills .

Responsibilities:
- The Manager, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is responsible for providing hands-on support to the ERM team and business partners. Support includes collection of risk information and development of materials to support reporting and governance processes, participation and/or facilitation of risk assessments, and the ownership of CSL’s ERM electronic management system.
- The incumbent in this role will partner with and support the ERM organization in the operational implementation and continuous management of any allocated global projects, processes and tools. Provides hands-on technical and administrative support to the ERM team in the execution of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and roadmap.
- Manages the ERM Risk Register, Risk Appetite database and related reporting activities. This includes ensuring that risks and risk appetite measures are reported timely, accurately and complete.
- Prepares and maintains materials to support established ERM governance processes. Examples include trending reports, heat maps and risk register summaries.
- Serves as the key contact with the business owners to ensure accurate and timely collection of risk related information and measures. Includes proactively preparing the business to meet timelines and to address challenges.
- Serves as the super-user for the development, implementation and use of the Enterprise Risk Management electronic management system. Includes the generation of customized reports and on boarding of the business functions with the new digital solutions.
- Ensures continuous and up to date maintenance of the ERM intranet and other online tools and applications that are either owned or actively used by the ERM team.
- Supports and facilitates risk assessments as needed.
- Participates in consultant-led site loss prevention assessments to ensure controls are adequately identified and assessments of risk are completed in alignment with the ERMF.
- Supports the ERM team in monitoring global and industry best practices in ERM.
- Partners with and supports the ERM organization in the operational implementation and continuous management of any allocated global projects, processes and tools.
- Proactively engages and partners with ERM, EREC and business colleagues.
