QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 2 years of management experience. Prior EVS management experience preferred.
• Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Other:
• Ability to lead and manage in a diverse and demanding environment with focus on client/customer/nursing needs.
• Strong communications skills both oral and written.
• The ability to facilitate multiple complex projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, and organizational skills on all levels.
• The ability to creatively manage and provide innovative solution which deliver effective results.
• Possess an extreme flexibility to render effective customer solution.
