IT Manager, Equity and Debt Systems
The IT Manager, proactively serves as a trusted advisor, and key point of contact for business stakeholders related to the technology enablement and sustainment of QuadReal’s operations. They represent IT to the business by promoting the IT vision, values, services, and capabilities.
The Manager has a reputation for the stable operation of all enterprise applications by proactively ensuring that appropriate end-to-end application lifecycle management, change control, production support processes and quality measures are in place. The Manager also manages day to day, key third- party software and support vendor relationships and supports the sourcing and allocation of appropriately skilled resources and expertise for the successful delivery of Enterprise Solutions projects. The Manager, Equity and Debt Systems has responsibility for the full lifecycle planning, design, implementation and sustainment of all cloud enterprise applications within their portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced with Debt and Equity Systems and processes (for example Loan Management Systems);
- Experience leading enterprise-level IT Projects with cross functional stakeholders
- Solid understanding of best practices for IT operations of cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Reviews new business proposals; provides advice on demand issues and routes requests to the right place. Maintains a register of business requests, including the status of each request, reporting as required.
- Partners with the business to create a technology roadmap that is aligned with QuadReal’s Enterprise Architecture standards and best practices
- Implements agile demand management planning activities. Supports stakeholders in adoption and adherence to the approach.
- Plans and drives scoping, requirements definition and prioritization activities for assigned enhancements and projects. Selects, adopts and adapts tools and techniques selecting appropriately for both waterfall and agile approaches. Collaborates with stakeholders at all levels, in the conduct of investigations for business requirements specifications, feasibility studies and business cases preparation.
- Drafts and maintains procedures and documentation for applications support. Analysis of application performance to drive continuous improvement. Ensures that all requests for support are dealt with according to set standards and procedures.
- Supports stakeholder engagement/communications plan. Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information. Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensures testing and release processes and procedures are maintained. Coordinates and manages planning of the system and/or acceptance tests, within a release or project. Takes responsibility for integrity of testing and acceptance activities and coordinates the execution of these activities.
- Monitors and reports on supplier performance and satisfaction levels. Engages proactively and collaboratively with suppliers to resolve incidents, problems, or unsatisfactory performance. Implements supplier management-related service improvement initiatives and program
- Acts as a primary liaison between the IT teams, lines of business and other stakeholders to understand business and IT strategies and priorities.
- Creates and fosters a “customer centric”
- Supports organizational change management activities (training and communication).
- Provides ongoing leadership, and coaches a team to success through managing performance, goal setting and development planning
- Ensures the team including extended delivery vendors and partners have clearly defined roles, responsibilities and accountabilities; ensure clear performance expectations are documented for each team member
