POSITION SUMMARY:

Opportunity to work with multicultural international teams and be involved in large projects for optimizing indoor performance, maximizing energy and water saving, sustaining the environment and obtaining international recognition.

REQUIREMENTS

• Engineering Degree (mechanical, electrical, building science).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Able to operate CAD, energy simulation, wind simulation, wind driven rain, and daylight software.
• Understanding of building systems particularly in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Comprehensive experience in Green Mark, LEED, GBI, Greenship, WELL, and other green rating system.
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience.

• Manage teams in green building projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Review reports, presentations and project submissions.
• Review materials, products, technical specification and cost.
• Review all necessary calculations and simulations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, ETTV/OTTV, energy simulation, wind simulation, daylight simulation, solar radiation simulation, etc.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, building owners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Coordinate physical walk through and detail measurement of the building related to ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort, etc, to analyse building system performance and propose improvement, if needed.
• Support marketing, sales, training, and administrative activities.
