Description:

The EU Trade Compliance Manager leads the overall EU strategic and tactical operations to compliance of Solenis import and export programs. They will coordinate identification and investigation of trade compliance risks, requirements, and solutions; and lead coordination among regional implementation plans, both within Solenis and in partnership with our relevant external partners. The EU Trade Compliance Manager will ensure trade compliance participation in special projects across functional areas working close with other regions.

Core Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Set EU trade compliance general strategy and policy in line with global direction (address training areas as needed)
  • Evaluate and improve trade compliance related business processes and cost savings
  • Manage and maintain EU harmonized tariff schedule (HTS) codes, Country of Origin, Long-Term Supplier Declaration activities in conjunction with Global processes
  • Support/interface with global restricted party screening / denied party screening policies and procedures
  • EU government relations and audit management

Responsibilities:
