Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected individual will be responsible for leading activities to enable stakeholders to offer our clientele the most user-friendly experience possible. The expertise center team is composed of business experts who intervene in more complex requests from our clientele and provide specific expertise for more technical needs such as API, SSO, and others. The team works closely with the other departments of the CSP. Furthermore, the expertise center will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of best practices related to the business domain.
- Lead a group of experts and the activities of the expertise center
- Model business processes and have a Lean approach that will contribute to the continuous improvement and quality of our solutions and service
- Understand business issues and propose strategies to support the improvement of business processes and our solutions
- Participate in evolution projects by involving the required collaborators
- Promote knowledge sharing to foster the skill development of resources
- Ensure cohesion among the different departments of the CSP by advocating a culture of communication and consultation
- Encourage the mobilization and well-being of resources while ensuring a client-focused approach
- Maintain partnership relations with the other directions through a role of influence and expert advice.
- Problem-solving: Investigate and analyze reported problems, working closely with clients to understand their needs, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions or workarounds.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or a certificate in relevant studies.
- Have 5 years of experience in managing an Expertise Center and a minimum of 3 years in a team management position.
- Understand business issues, payroll compliance, and propose strategies to support the improvement of business processes and our solutions.
- Expertise in payroll compliance and human capital management.
- Excellent communicator and skilled in interpersonal relationships.
- Excellent team spirit and initiative.
- Organized and structured individual.
- Recognized for your open-mindedness, leadership, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Autonomous and self-taught.
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology (an asset).
