Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate / Hotel Management / Finance / Economics or related field is ideal
• 2 - 4 years of work experience in either revenue management, hotel consulting, feasibility, finance, strategy, asset management or similar role
• Feasibility / Underwriting / Consulting experience preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to approach challenges creatively and innovatively
• Pro-active with ability to self-learn
• Strong Excel skills with a good understanding of Excel modeling, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong Presentation, persuasion and negotiating skills
• Ability to handle complex assignments independently and deliver on time
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic is required, with strong proficiency in written communication
• Willingness to travel (approximately 20%)
• Candidate to either be based in Riyadh or be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• High cultural awareness and ability to adapt to different cultures and working environments

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Manager, Feasibility & Finance Development to join our dynamic Feasibility & Finance Development EAME team. This position will report to the Director Feasibility & Development Finance EAME and will provide support to Hyatt Hotels’ Europe, Africa and Middle East (EAME) Feasibility & Development Finance team, Executive Leadership and other key departments by undertaking market research & competitive environment analysis, financial analysis and other research & due diligence support. You will be based out of our Riyadh office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial analyses/underwriting of hotel management projects while working closely with Hyatt’s operations, revenue management, finance and design services teams and external partners and investors.Conducting extensive market research pertinent to new development opportunities as well as assisting in asset management related tasks for existing hotel properties.
• Prepare market-level lodging forecasts for key EAME markets.
• Assist in improving team efficiency and efficacy by creating tools and carrying out analysis which will streamline the feasibility process and make it more accurate.
• Assist in preparation of pitch presentations.
• Update and maintain market data on key target cities in EAME.
• Participate in and provide the analysis and recommendations for major capital projects at any Hyatt-owned asset.
• Assist developers in evaluating, structuring, and negotiating transactions.
• Provide analysis and recommendations that support ad-hoc analysis.
