JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Take 5 Oil Change organization continues to grow, the need for well-trained leaders to step into role and guide our growth will continue to accelerate. The Manager of Leadership Development Training is responsible for working with our internal team to design, develop and deliver training and learning programs that facilitate the growth, development and preparedness of our field leaders. This position requires a natural leader with a passion for learning and facilitation, the confidence to guide leaders through the learning process, and proven experience in designing and facilitating field leadership programming in a results-driven customer-service-oriented environment.
