Here’s what you can expect as a Finance Manager at DaVita:
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our high performing Growth Finance team. As a manager on our team, you will help design, implement, and execute on strategic projects that drive DaVita’s multi-year growth. You will combine aspects of Finance, Growth & Strategy to critically think through complex problems and help solve critical business issues that impact our short-term & long-term goals.
On our team, we will ask you to use your analytical mindset to push forward and make recommendations on important Village initiatives. We then will ask you to use your relationship building skills to implement your ideas with cross-functional partners. You will manage a team of analysts to help deploy your findings across the Village. Your work will be visible to senior leadership, and you’ll be expected to present your findings to executive leaders.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to critically think through business and operational problems and leverage data to help drive solutions
- Desire to build processes, develop recommendations, and implement solutions to help grow our business
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks, identifying and acting on most important business problems to solve
- Ability to take constructive feedback and quickly implement into your work
- Intellectually curious, strong desire to learn, and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to build relationships across DaVita with cross-functional partners
- Willingness to learn and development technical skills with programs like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other helpful programs
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (e.g. finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, etc.)
- 3-4 years professional experience in analytics / finance / project management
