Work Schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday (with some flexibility as needed)

FINANCE MANAGER

DaVita is seeking a talented Finance Manager to join the National Hospital Services team. The Finance Manager will spearhead strategic financial planning and analysis responsibilities, financial modeling initiatives, and other strategic initiatives for the business. Reporting to the Director of Finance for Hospital Services, the Finance Manager will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, or a related financial role, with a preference for experience in healthcare or a related industry.
• Experience managing financial processes and projects.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and data analysis with a strong command of Excel and other analytical tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to share business updates and recommendations to team leaders and key stakeholders.
• Team-player able to work collaboratively within HSG Finance and alongside our stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Familiarity with finance and analytics systems like Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan, and Tableau preferred.
  Travel Required: Up to 5-10% nationally.
