Description:
Responsibilities:
- Help to define the strategic and transformational targets
- Drive and govern the Finance Operations business transformation with a focus on verticalisation and end to end process ownership.
- Build a strong partnership with the senior leadership and transformation leads in the markets and community leads and members to transform the organization accordingly.
- Manage between group functions and the virtual organization to establish a full framework and governance, e.g. budget, governance, etc.
- Manage the communication to stakeholders of the local markets, global process team and FSSC organisation.
- Drive the Finance Operations agenda with a focus on the business transformation.
- Develop a common project management methodology, templates etc. and evolve skills over time and increase project management quality
- Control the headcount and opex budget on global scale by monitor and manage between the group and local market functions.
- This includes the reporting and feedback session with the global head of finance operations and margin assurance and the challenging the markets to meet the yearly opex goals.
- Drive the 9+15 budget process as main spoc between group reporting and local markets
- Support the Finance Operations partner management agenda with a focus on service delivery performance monitoring.
- This includes the analysis of the business needs, translating them into qualitative and quantitative measures and track their development. Manage and facilitate the resolution of issues and escalations.
- Manage the communication to stakeholders of the local market, global process team and shared service organisation and promote the success factors in ways of working in an environment shaped by a high shared service center penetration.
- Coordinate and manage if applicable market relevant topics and processes to ensure smooth transition between head of finance operations directors.
- This includes the orchestration between, group, local market mid management or HR and wrap up sessions/workshops to ensure a diligent performance.
