Description:
Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of reshaping the entertainment industry in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a dynamic and analytical leader for the position of Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis (COR 904). This role is integral to our financial strategy and will be critical in supporting Qiddiya’s ambitious projects through detailed financial analysis and planning.
The Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for leading the financial planning function, providing insights into operational and strategic initiatives, interpreting financial data, and advising department heads across the company on budgetary and forecasting matters.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are highly desirable
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, preferably within large-scale projects or real estate sectors
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and management of annual budgets and financial forecasts to ensure alignment with Qiddiya’s long-term strategic objectives.
- Perform detailed variance analysis to evaluate the financial performance against targets, providing actionable insights to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.
- Create and maintain a robust financial reporting framework, detailing key performance indicators and financial performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop financial plans that support business goals and enhance overall financial performance.
- Develop and implement sophisticated financial models to support business case evaluations for potential projects and investments.
- Conduct trend analyses and prepare ad-hoc reports to inform senior management and aid in strategic decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine financial strategies.
