Coveo is looking for a Manager of financial reporting and compliance to oversee the financial reporting function of our organization. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing public financial statements, managing the preparation of the Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), and ensuring compliance with internal controls (52-109) and other regulatory standards. You will play a key role in driving accurate financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial operations.

Responsibilities:
- You have your CPA designation.
- You have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- You’re fluent in English and French to collaborate globally.
