They pride on their collaborative and rewarding work culture and are currently looking to add a Financial Reporting manager to their team!
About the Position

Reporting to the Director of Accounting, the financial reporting manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Oversee quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and working papers.
  • Review monthly financial processes including reconciliations, consolidation/elimination entries, payables, and distributions.
  • Research and prepare accounting memos for complex issues.
  • Lead year-end audits and reporting, serving as the main contact for auditors and partners.
  • Coordinate corporate transactions, compliance, and entity management with stakeholders and legal counsel.
  • Review corporate tax returns and work in collaboration with external tax accountants.
  • Supervise and mentor senior accountants.
  • Ad hoc duties as needed.

The Requirements

  • Designated CPA
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Real estate experience is an asset.
  • Public practice experience is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $120,000 to $130,000
  • 3 weeks’ vacation
