Description:

A career in our specialized team offers you the opportunity to work with healthcare professionals on all their financial projects. As a Manager Financing Solution, you will play a leading role in the strategic support of clients in the fields of pharmacy, medical and dental clinics, as well as other types of healthcare professionals, in collaboration with your colleagues. Your tasks, as varied as they are complex, will quickly allow you to become a trusted advisor to these clients. This position reports to the Associate Vice President of Pharmacies and Healthcare Professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a consultant aligned with client needs by leveraging your high-level knowledge and professional experience.
  • Achieve client business objectives by proposing financial strategies based on an optimal arrangement of specialized financing products, integrating wealth management and commercial aspects into the analysis of cases.
  • Participate in the development of strategies and the evolution of the sector’s financial programs, supporting the AVP.
  • Support account managers in setting up new financing cases and at all stages of follow-up and renewal of a case.
  • Provide expertise in financing structure, financial analysis, and all aspects of case evaluation.
  • Identify financial risks for the Bank in terms of financing and make recommendations to reduce or eliminate them.
  • Act as a credit resource within the team and support the AVP, if necessary, in developing team members’ skills in this area.
  • Participate in case preparation, including analysis and establishment of business financing structures, also considering the wealth management aspect for healthcare professionals.
  • In some cases, collaborate with the account manager in preliminary meetings and presenting financing outlines to clients.
  • Participate in negotiations with internal (operations, credit service, legal affairs, etc.) and external (legal advisors, other financial institutions, clients, prospects, etc.) stakeholders, both in creating and evolving specialized financing frameworks and for current cases.
  • Actively participate in all stages of follow-up and renewal of existing credits.
  • Use credit risk and profitability assessment tools, ensuring compliance with financing and risk management policies and standards.
