QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess the relevant knowledge in contract management and procurement.
- Possess knowledge in Quality Management, ISO 9000/14000/18000/55000.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
The Engineering Support Manager for Facility Management is responsible for overseeing the contractual aspects of the Thomson-East Coast Line Facility Management Department. This includes contract management, contract administration, and ensuring timely and accurate report submission to the relevant authorities. The role requires a strong understanding of contract terms, negotiations, and administration, excellent project management skills, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Contract Management.
- Develop, negotiate, and manage facility management contracts. Ensure contracts are in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in collaboration with the Procurement and Supply and System management team.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure all parties are meeting their obligations.
- Resolve any contractual disputes in a timely and effective manner.
2.Contract Administration.
- Maintain detailed records of all contracts, including amendments and renewals.
- Ensure all contractual documents are properly stored and accessible.
- Track contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
3.Engineering Support
- Support Head, Facility Maintenance to fully meet its obligations according to the Service Contract, License, and other statutory requirement.
- Support Head, Facility Maintenance in its administrative setup, including general procurement logistics support administration for TEL.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to the relevant authorities as required.
- Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Develop and maintain reporting templates and standards.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for facility management improvements.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
4.Stakeholder Management
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on contract status, facility management activities, and project progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
