JOB DESCRIPTION:

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Manager for our Mainframe and Batch operations. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team, overseeing the management and optimization of our mainframe and batch processing systems. You will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our operations while implementing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of mainframe and batch processing environments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a senior technical team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience leading a senior technical team.
• Mainframe experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A broad network for recruitment is advantageous.
• Relevant technical certifications or degrees are a plus.
