Description:

We are looking for a Manager, Global Compensation Advisory who will play a critical role in delivering global compensation support for our businesses. This position reports directly into the Director, Global Compensation Advisory based in London. Successful candidates will be analytical and detail oriented, have strong excel modeling, organizational and communications skills, be quickly adaptable to new concepts and situations, and be comfortable with working independently and interacting with employees at all levels across the organization.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Annual performance cycle consulting and support. Perform and assist in the planning, modeling, administration and processing of annual compensation process.
  • Provide consultative and analytical support to pay decisions, job evaluation and compensation plan design.
  • Compensation survey participation, submission and analysis for global businesses supported and EMEA region.
  • Interface with employees, managers and people team members in order to resolve issues and respond to inquiries on compensation matters.
  • Prepare adhoc reports and effective communications and presentations using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Essential Traits:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree with emphasis on human resources, business, finance or related field
  • You have 7+ years of compensation experience, preferably with a global organization including annual cycle administration and data modeling
  • You are highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, including moderate to complex modelling and analysis
  • You have experience using an HRIS application and reporting; Oracle Fusion a plus
  • You have strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • You are proactive, flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • You have the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You have the ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
  • You have intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills and learn
  • You have flexibility, comfort and desire to dig in and work through the details
