Could you be our new Manager, Global FP&A Governance & Innovation? Are you?
- A fully qualified accountant (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience in diverse finance roles, demonstrating a strong track record in financial planning and analysis.
- Equipped with a strong understanding of accounting and GAAP, experience in FP&A processes, budgeting and planning models as well as finance business partnering.
- Highly proficient in Excel (advanced functions), Power Query, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Experienced with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems (Tagetik preferred).
- Familiar with ERP systems, with a demonstrated ability to leverage technology for financial optimization.
- Able to manage complex projects and lead change initiatives, driving continuous improvement within the finance function.
- A strong presenter with excellent influencing skills.
- An excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Passionate about learning and continuous improvement.
- Eager to be recognized as a subject matter expert in FP&A processes and related technology.
- A strong leader and mentor, with a proven ability to develop and nurture junior team members
Responsibilities:
- Manage initiatives to continuously enhance FP&A processes globally, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
- Identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows to optimize resource allocation and reduce bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure smooth transitions across the organization.
- Project manage the implementation and integration of new financial planning systems and tools (EPM and ERP), ensure automation and efficiency in financial planning, reporting and analysis.
- Ensure the effective use of technology to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
- Support (as power user of Technology) Finance Business Partners and wider finance to effectively using FP&A Technology and tools.
- Manage the global financial planning calendar and ensure the timely completion of budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning cycles.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis to support senior management in decision-making processes.
- Oversee global consolidation of financial plan data and ensure consistency in reporting standards across regions.
- Ensure financial planning activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Ensuring the FP&A and Finance Business Partnering team is updated with knowledge of regulatory changes, process changes and ensuring the team is properly trained to use FP&A technology effectively.
