Description:
Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Manager, Global Impact Engagement, to join our client.
Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $67.04 to $79.97 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Signature Global Engagement Programs (Ex. Global Volunteer Month/Earth Month and Cleint’s Volunteer Days) managing the program lifecycle(s), creating a strategic and aligned global approach and oversight, providing market stakeholders with implementation tools and assets such as roadmaps, budgets, activation plan(s) and Integrated Comms Plans (ICPs) in collaboration with communication partners.
- Develop a year-round engagement plan (lights always on).
- Integrate Impact engagement opportunities into high-profile, high-impact company initiatives, such as but not limited to: Stars of Excellence, leadership off-sites and conferences, all staff events, etc.
- Revamp the client’s annual Season of Giving, global campaign.
- Refine branding and communications, and lead ICP with communication partner(s).
- Engage all global market CI and Comms teams to ensure proper cascade of information to global teams/audience and that they have the tools and resources required to implement the Campaign in their own markets through volunteer activities and local initiatives.
- Implement the client’s Acts of Kindness via the Impact Hub, including program reporting and analytics.
- Create a giving and volunteer strategy for a global audience.
- Benevity vendor relationship management (for Spark site only), including improving operational efficiencies through technical and functionality advancements (ex. mobile app exploration), managing end-user experience and troubleshooting or escalating issues/user support.
- Continue driving adoption of the Impact Hub globally, increasing usage amongst colleagues in all markets.
- Manage employee engagement and giving campaign budgets.
- Manage Global signature events and strategy.
- Lead colleague volunteerism, giving, corporate matching and rewards strategy.
- Support Benevity vendor management.
- Support Global Operations team and leverage data analytics and reporting to inform strategic decision and demonstrate program impact.
- Support Global governance with legal and compliance to implement materials for volunteering and event participation.
- Lead integrated communication planning and stakeholder management for overall Global engagement benefits and signature events.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- 2-3 years minimum experience in colleague engagement, HR, culture building
- 2-3 years minimum demonstrated strong stakeholder management, branding and communication skills
- Strong relationship manager and collaborative leader. The successful candidate may have direct report
- Comfortable with engagement and volunteer management software. The client uses Benevity as their volunteer management software and Workday
- Proficient in data management and reporting
- Must be familiar with analyzing findings, interpreting results
