Job Description:
McDonald’s has set an ambition to become a Global Indirect Sourcing and Procurement leader. To make this happen, McDonald’s is standing up a Global Indirect Sourcing and Procurement Modernization (GI Mod) program. This program will help McDonald’s to better leverage our scale and unlock sustainable value for our company and communities. We are transforming our Indirect Sourcing and Procurement capabilities, processes, solutions, and ways of working to create One McDonald’s Way of buying Indirect goods and services responsibly.
This program presents an exceptional career opportunity to be a part of this journey as the Manager of Source-to-Contract (S2C) for GI Mod. Reporting into the Sr. Manager Global Indirect Procurement (S2C), the Manager of Global Indirect Procurement - Source to Contract (S2C) is a unique role providing essential support in the successful design, deployment and optimization of Indirect Procurement processes within the organization. It enables the efficient design sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management activities. The support role contributes to pivotal initiatives, process optimization, and the effective implementation of standard processes across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of Procurement processes, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in S2C processes.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a procurement, supply chain, or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to lead multiple tasks and deadlines effectively,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other collaboration tools.
  • Detail-oriented attitude with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work activities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating S2C process design activities, including documentation, system configuration, and partner engagement.
  • Track project achievements, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring adherence to project plans.
  • Support the development and delivery of training content and readiness for S2C-related initiatives.
  • Aid in gathering and analyzing data to identify process improvement opportunities and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of S2C initiatives with broader program objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external partners, addressing queries and providing information as needed.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Global Process Lead and other departments, regions, and business units.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining documentation related to S2C processes.
