YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Marketing
- Preferably 10+ years professional experience in Engineering, manufacturing, operations, or planning/logistics background on local/regional level. Global experience is a plus
- International experience preferred
- Strong project management skills in a multinational environment
- Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality
- Ability to lead and collaborate with multi-functional teams
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong change manager that can persuade & lead with conviction

Responsibilities:
- Facilitates / manages development and implementation of corporate, business or function strategy
- Manages or executes strategic (incl. M&A) and change projects, transformational initiatives
- Develops and ensures roll-out of guidance and excellence for change activities (e.g. resource allocation, org. / operating model design)
- Collaborates with top / senior management on all aspects of the organization’s business development policies and initiatives
- Performs internal and external benchmarking analyses / analysis of future scenarios to assess future business development
- Supports M&A projects and lead Supply Chain Due Diligence teams
- Drives process for global strategic resource allocation and org. design (Target Structure) Advances consistency and efficiency for Processes and Organization (Operating Model).
