Description:

Exciting Opportunity to be a part of the new Group BCM function accountable for driving consistency and promoting continuous improvement in risk management practices across the 1st Line

HOW WILL I HELP?

We’re seeking a dynamic Manager, Governance and Reporting, to join our team and help standardise governance and reporting across the First Line Technical role. You’ll report to the Head of Business Controls and Monitoring, Governance and Reporting, and play a crucial role in driving risk management strategies that align with our Risk Profile, Risk Culture, Risk Management Maturity, and Value Streams.
In this technical role, you’ll identify opportunities to scale tools and procedures to minimise risks effectively. You’ll support the drafting of Group Executive and Board-level Risk Forums, ensuring that risks are clearly articulated and the right information gets to the right people to make informed decisions. You’ll also support the uplift and consistency of Risk Profiles across the Group and drive alignment in Risk Culture, Risk Management Framework, and Conduct Action Plans with the respective Divisions. Working closely with 2nd Line teams, you’ll ensure compliance and support the integration of enabling services into LOB Value Chains.
