POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Relations and Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relations and food & beverage management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in [software or tools relevant to the position, e.g., POS systems, CRM software].
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the customer relations and food & beverage departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings meet guest expectations and industry trends.
- Monitor and manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
